About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Program Sales Executive to drive enrollment and revenue growth by promoting our programs to prospective clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate value, understand client needs, and match them with the right solutions.The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, relationship-building, and contributing to the growth of impactful programs.
Requirements & Nice to Have:
- Identify and engage potential clients through outreach, networking, and lead generation to promote relevant programs
- Consult with prospects to understand their goals and recommend suitable program offerings
- Build and nurture relationships with individual clients, institutions, and corporate partners
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and program presentations (virtual and in-person)
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and conversion goals
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and program teams to align messaging and ensure a smooth sales-to-delivery handover
- Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM systems
- Stay current on program updates, competitor offerings, and industry trends
- Represent the organization at events, webinars, fairs, and other promotional activities when required
