Internship For Intern Content Creator

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field

• Strong interest in digital marketing, including areas like B2C/B2B marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and campaign planning
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Analytical, performance-driven, and well-organized with attention to detail
• Able to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
• Willing to travel when needed (own transport is an added advantage)
• Familiarity with basic digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools) is a plus
• Assist in managing various digital marketing channels, including website, SEO/SEM, YouTube, social media, and display advertising
• Support the planning and execution of digital and physical marketing campaigns, including web ads, social media content, in-mall displays, and shopfront advertisements
• Coordinate with stores, malls, and media agencies on the implementation of physical advertisement and promotional activities
• Help monitor and analyse campaign performance data and prepare basic reports to measure effectiveness and traffic
• Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
• Support in writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for websites, blogs, social media, and other marketing platforms
• Engage with audiences on social media by responding to inquiries, comments, or complaints
• Collaborate with the team and external partners (e.g., media/advertising agencies) to optimize marketing strategies
• Keep up with current digital trends and marketing practices, and assist in adapting content and strategies accordingly
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to explore new channels or platforms for traffic and brand exposure
