To lead strategic monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment across Prudence Foundation’s programmes and operations. This role drives data-informed decision-making, operational and financial insights, as well as internal and external and stakeholder alignment to enhance the Foundation’s effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Impact & Programme Intelligence
- Develop frameworks to assess programme effectiveness and strategic alignment.
- Track milestones, approvals, and progress updates for programmes and finances.
- Design dashboards for forward-looking analysis and decision support.
- Financial Insight & Budget Governance
- Monitor actual vs forecast vs budget spend across LBUs.
- Provide insights into budget adjustments and savings.
- Support budget planning cycles and guide LBUs in financial strategy.
- Operational Systems & Efficiency
- Build mechanisms for tracking contracts, reporting timelines, and team inputs across all functions i.e. programmes, admin, and finance.
- Assess operational needs and implement tools for workflow improvement.
- Establish systems for long-term operational excellence.
- Employee Engagement & Sustainability Integration
- Map and classify key stakeholders across BOT, Head Office, and LBUs.
- Align with internal teams to embed PF content into sustainability and EE initiatives.
- Lead CSR/CI virtual conference planning and execution.
- Strategic Communications, Research, and Knowledge Management
- Conduct impact research and management of knowledge assets.
- Develop strategic reports and dashboards.
- Support executive communications and strategic proposals.
