What you'll do:

• Oversee all internal IT divisions, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient operations across multiple departments within the organisation.
• Manage, maintain, and enhance the company’s infrastructure, network systems, ERP platforms, security protocols, and overall IT operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop comprehensive IT strategies that align closely with organisational goals, supporting both current needs and future growth initiatives.
• Lead high-volume operational activities by fostering teamwork, streamlining processes, and promoting best practices throughout the IT function.
• Cultivate strong relationships with vendors by managing contracts effectively and ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
• Direct complex IT projects from initial planning through successful completion, maintaining timelines and budgets while engaging stakeholders at every stage.
• Design and deliver an actionable IT roadmap that supports business priorities, anticipating future requirements and integrating emerging technologies as appropriate.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage departmental budgets with a focus on cost-effective solutions and responsible resource allocation.
• Serve as a key liaison between IT teams and other departments, facilitating open communication to ensure stakeholder needs are understood and addressed appropriately.

• Comprehensive understanding of infrastructure management, network administration, ERP systems integration, cybersecurity measures, and general IT operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field; advanced degrees such as a Master’s are considered advantageous.
