Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming inventory. Ensure accurate stock counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Support warehouse operations by accurately picking and packing orders according to customer specifications. Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly packaged.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines within the warehouse environment. Participate in regular safety training and report any potential hazards immediately.
- Provide general logistics support, including loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stocktaking. Utilize basic Microsoft Excel skills for data entry and record-keeping.
- Demonstrate computer literacy for basic system navigation and data input. Support the team with reporting tasks as needed.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, adhering to established procedures and timelines.
- Maintain organized and tidy warehouse conditions, including proper stocking of shelves, aisles, and designated storage areas.
- Support inventory management processes by conducting regular cycle counts and assisting with physical inventory checks.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), safely and efficiently to move goods within the warehouse.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping using Microsoft Excel and other relevant systems to track inventory movements and order status.
