Logistic & Warehouse Assistant

SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or related fields.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay; strong oral and written communication skills.
- Familiar with inventory systems and warehouse processes.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work in a team.
- Warehouse Operations
- Handle goods receiving, storage, picking, packing, and issuing of stock.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.
- Inventory Management
- Update and monitor stock levels in the system.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Manage damaged, returned, and near-expiry items.
- Order Fulfilment & Distribution
- Process member/distributor orders accurately according to SOP.
- Coordinate with courier/3PL for timely delivery.
- Handle delivery issues, order discrepancies, and replacement requests.
- Shipment & Documentation
- Coordinate incoming shipments with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Verify shipment quantity, quality, and documentation (GRN, DO, etc.).
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse and inventory reports.
- Coordination & Support
- Work closely with Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing for promotions, events, and stock needs.
- Support product launches, stock preparation, and administrative tasks assigned by management.
