HR cum Finance Executive

• Able to converse in Mandarin.
• 2–4 years of experience in a combined finance and HR role
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.

Human Resources:

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare HR practices.
• Support employee engagement, training, and performance review initiatives.
• Address employee queries and support workplace policy enforcement.

Finance:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations (AP/AR, Bank Reconciliations, Cash Management)
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and healthcare standards.
• Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash, invoicing, and claims processes.
