Customer Service (Chinese)- Work From Home

Work Mode: During first month for training period its work from office and then IT will be fully work from home.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma
• Need someone to start from 16th June 2025.
• Can read and type in Traditional mandarin.
• Omni channel : Live Chat, Outbound call, email.
• 1 year and above Customer Service experience (not necessary be BPO company experience)
• Education requirement: Diploma and above. If have BPO company experience can accept SPM

Responsibility

Position Overview: As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for the customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels, resolving issues and providing accurate information, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
