Assist in Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of roadshows, events, and promotional activities.
- Assist in setting up booths, managing event logistics, and distributing promotional materials.
- Ensure smooth operations during events and roadshows, including assisting attendees and resolving minor issues.
- Assist in coordinating team building activities, birthday party including venue arrangements, participant registration, and on-site support.
Promotion Activities:
- Help to create and implement marketing strategies to boost event attendance and engagement.
- Assist in the design, distribution, and monitoring of promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and social media content.
Customer Support:
- Handle incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about ongoing promotions or events.
- Redirect calls to relevant team members when necessary, ensuring professional and timely communication.
Administrative Assistance:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team by helping with event documentation, scheduling, and report preparation.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Support coordination and preparation for site visits, including logistics planning, briefing materials, and assisting during the visit
