Role Overview
The Event Admin & Coordination Intern will assist with event planning, documentation, registrations, scheduling, forms, communication tracking, and coordination work before, during, and after events.
Responsibilities- Assist with event registration lists and participant data
- Help prepare event documents, checklists, schedules, and call sheets
- Coordinate with internal team members on task updates
- Assist with supplier, venue, school, university, or partner coordination
- Help track event timelines and pending items
- Support WhatsApp/email communication related to events
- Assist with post-event reports, claims, attendance, and documentation
Suitable For
Students studying business administration, event management, marketing, communications, or any related field.
Requirements- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and basic admin tools
- Able to follow up on tasks without being chased
- Responsible with documents, deadlines, and information
