Assist in the setup, operation, and teardown of team-building activities and events.
- Actively participate in conducting games, challenges, and adventure activities.
- Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all participants, ensuring activities are carried out according to safety guidelines.
- Assist in explaining rules, facilitating ice-breakers, and motivating participants throughout the activities.
- Maintain and inspect all equipment before and after use to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with other resort departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance) for smooth event execution.
- Support the supervisor in developing creative new team-building concepts and improving existing activities.
- Act as a positive brand ambassador for Monkeys Canopy Resort.
- Education: SPM or equivalent (higher qualifications are an advantage).
- Experience: Prior experience in events, outdoor activities, or hospitality is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and a good team player.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Able to handle guests of different age groups and backgrounds.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
