Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and testing works on site, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.
- Technical Planning: Interpret electrical design schematics and blueprints (HT, LV, ELV, and Control & Instrumentation).
- Resource Management: Coordinate manpower, tools, and materials to ensure smooth site operations.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations (DOSH/NIOSH) and conduct risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordination & Reporting: Attend site meetings and provide progress updates to management, clients, or consultants.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions and technical issues on-site.
- Foundational knowledge in Electricity and Electrical Equipment operations
- Skills in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering concepts
- Basic understanding of Power Generation processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site and gain hands-on experience
