Our goals - Your path
Forklift Operations- Operate forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport goods within the factory or warehouse.
- Ensure proper stacking, storage, and organization of materials in designated areas.
- Assist in stock movement for production and dispatch processes, following FIFO concept.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and basic maintenance checks (e.g., battery charging, refueling, tire inspection) using the mobile app ( QR code) .
- Move raw materials to production areas as per production requirements.
- Transfer finished goods to the storage or dispatch area.
- Assist in stock counting and verification as required.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.
- Follow all workplace safety rules and regulations while operating the forklift.
- Adhere to company policies regarding material handling, stacking height, and load limits.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or accidents immediately
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
- Ensure that all goods handled are secured and properly stored to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain confidentiality of inventory records and internal processes.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification/license.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in handling raw materials and finished goods in a dry mix industry is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of safety regulations related to forklift operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Tamil and/or Chinese is also an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse duties as required.
