Accounting Assistant

Must have E-invoice and have manage account with invoice stock and dealership .
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of e-invoicing and accounting standards.
- Experience working with auditors and handling full set of accounts.
- Familiar with Info-Tech payroll/HR system (preferred).
- Good communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and support operational tasks when needed.

- Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations (SST, PCB, etc.).
- Experience in handling consumable products with stock management/dealer distribution will be an added advantage.
- To overseas customers and corporate customers accounts and operation.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow.
- Manage and process e-invoicing in accordance with LHDN requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth annual audit.
- Review internal controls, accounting procedures, and documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and other accounting tasks.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Operations & Administrative Support
- Assist in day-to-day operations matters and coordinate with internal departments.
- Support procurement, inventory updates, or logistics when required.
- Ensure smooth workflow between accounts, sales, and operations.
- Manage monthly payroll using the Info-Tech HR system.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leaves in the system.
- Prepare HR-related documentation (offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.).
- Handle statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
