Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and creative writing, with a strong understanding of social media marketing principles.
- Demonstrated ability to generate engaging and innovative content for various social media platforms.
- Research industry trends and promotion, propose ideas for future marketing plan and strategies.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the advertising and marketing strategies of a company managing multiple restaurant brands.
- Must be based in Kuala Lumpur and able to work onsite.
- A proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the advertising/marketing industry.
- Proficient in using Google Drive/Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create engaging and original content, including copywriting for social media posts, blog articles, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Support the marketing team in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for advertising campaigns, promotions, and events to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for marketing innovation and improvement, providing insights to the team for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the management of the company's online presence, including website updates, S E O optimization, and monitoring online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and objectives, contributing to a cohesive brand experience.
- Support the coordination and execution of marketing events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site support, to ensure successful event outcomes and brand representation.
