Xiaohongshu (XHS) Content Creator - Ampang Jaya

About the role

We are seeking a talented, energetic and creative Xiaohongshu (XHS) Content Creator to join our team to help develop and produce content on our skincare product to expand our TikTok accounts across Malaysia.

• Content Creation:Develop and produce various forms of content (videos, photos, text posts) that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the XHS audience.
• Trend Analysis:Stay updated on current trends, algorithms, and popular content formats on XHS to create relevant and engaging content.
• Community Engagement:Interact with followers, respond to comments, and participate in discussions to foster a sense of community.
• Platform Optimization:Optimize content for discoverability by understanding XHS algorithms and best practices.
• Performance Tracking:Monitor content performance metrics (engagement, reach, etc.) to refine content strategies and maximize platform effectiveness.
• Collaboration:Work with other team members, including community managers and designers, to brainstorm ideas and execute content strategies.
• Brand Awareness:Build brand awareness by showcasing products, services, or the brand's personality through creative content.
• Influencer Collaboration:Potentially collaborate with Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) or influencers to expand reach and brand exposure.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or influencer/KOC collaborations, preferably with experience on platforms like Xiao Hong Shu (XHS).
• Familiarity with social media content strategies, platform algorithms, and trends, particularly on Xiao Hong Shu.
• Well spoken Mandarin
• Ability to travel for on-site work, meetings, or content production as needed.
• Strong skills in content planning, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
