Are you a fresh graduate looking to launch your career in a dynamic and fast-paced recruitment environment? Join our team as a Recruiter based in KL Sentral, where you will have the opportunity to lead client projects and excel in finding and screening the best candidates.

This role is fully on-site at our KL Branch at KL Sentral. You will also be required to travel to clients’ sites as needed, so willingness to commute and travel is essential. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume recruitment demands, focusing on sourcing talent to meet our clients’ needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assess candidates’ qualifications and communication skills through engaging interviews.
  • Match the right candidates with job opportunities, ensuring a good fit for our clients.
  • Accurately enter information into trackers and databases to keep communication with the clients smoothly.
  • Utilize online resume databases to uncover hidden talent.
  • Provide essential administrative support to streamline the screening and recruitment process.
  • Brief candidates on job requirements to prepare them for interviews.
  • Follow up closely with clients, obtaining interview results and gathering valuable feedback in a timely manner.
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular engagement, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Supporting the team to collect necessary onboarding information for contract signing.
  • Report recruitment statistics to highlight our impact.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES
  • Fresh graduates with SPM / Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Management and related fields are encouraged to apply.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Persuasive, result oriented, flexible, mature, energetic, efficient, and adaptable to changing conditions.
  • Self-starter with the ability to create a positive and innovative environment and promote a customer-focused culture.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Team player.
