Sales Executive

What we’re looking for :

• Candidates must have at least a SPM or above in any field.
• Must possess own transport.
• Able to travel outstation frequently.
• Occasionally work on weekends during events and fairs.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• A driven individual with a self-motivated, proactive and positive mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build good rapport with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
• Able to write and speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Being conversant in other languages and dialects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS.Excel, Ms.Word and MS.PowerPoint.
• Plan customer visit schedule and make appointment with customer to propose company new products.
• Build and enhance customer relationship with good customer service and engagement.
• Collect payment promptly to avoid / minimize bad debts.
• Propose and take action on promotion plans and to get strategic promotion area to increase sales.
• Collect monthly sales report, review performance and take the necessary action to increase sales.
• Review counter stock inventory regularly to ensure inventory is accurate and accounted for.
• Hold regular discussions with promoters to determine ways to increase sales and to resolve issues quickly.
