Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets and manage a team of promoters. This role ensures all promotional activities are executed effectively, sales targets are met, and brand standards are maintained at each location.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in retail, field sales, or team supervision
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Must be highly organized, responsible, and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel between outlets (own transport preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
Working Schedule:
Rest Day: MondayWorking Days: Tuesday to Sunday
Total Hours: 45 working hours per week (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break daily)
Weekdays (Tuesday to Friday): 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support promoters across multiple AEON BiG outlets
- Schedule and coordinate promoter shifts to ensure full coverage
- Conduct regular visits to outlets to monitor performance and compliance
- Provide on-the-job coaching, training, and motivation to promoters
- Ensure proper product display, inventory availability, and promotional setup
- Handle promoter attendance, punctuality, and disciplinary issues
- Liaise with AEON BiG floor staff and store management for smooth operations
- Collect daily sales reports and compile weekly/monthly performance reports
- Support in recruiting and onboarding new promoters when needed
- Act as a communication bridge between promoters, HQ, and client/brand team
