What you'll do:
As a Crisis Management Coordinator, you will play an essential role in monitoring global events that could impact business operations while ensuring that all emergency protocols are current and effective. - Monitor geopolitical activities affecting domestic and global office locations, providing timely insights and recommendations to support organisational preparedness.
- Administer the Corporate Notification Center Crisis Management System and Employee Hotline, ensuring accurate and prompt communication through incident messaging systems and email alerts.
- Coordinate with facilities teams to ensure robust Office Emergency Plans are developed, maintained, and regularly reviewed for all office locations.
- Assist the Senior Operation Resilience Analyst with proactive readiness initiatives, including testing recovery plans and supporting other key projects as required.
- Collaborate with business units and support groups across the enterprise to identify recovery requirements and implement effective strategies for business continuity.
- Guide the development of actionable recovery plans by working closely with stakeholders at various levels of management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Validate recovery plans through regular testing exercises, documenting outcomes and recommending improvements for future resilience.
- Support the ongoing operation of information technology disaster recovery programmes by contributing data-driven risk assessments and scenario planning.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in crisis management, applying these insights to enhance organisational policies and procedures.
- Foster strong inter-personal relationships within the team and across departments to promote a culture of shared responsibility for crisis preparedness.
