Service Crew (Waiter / Waitress)

• Good communication and people skills.
• Able to work in a busy environment.
• Friendly attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry food trays.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience as a service crew (waiter/waitress) is a plus but not required.

Customer Service/Assistance:

• Greet customers warmly.
• Serve halal food and beverages.
• Answer questions about the menu and offer suggestions.
• Make sure customers are satisfied with their meals.
• Address customers’ queries and provide excellent customer service.

Food Service:

• Bring food and beverages to the table promptly.
• Clear dishes when customers are finished.

Cleanliness and Hygiene:

• Keep the dining area clean and tidy.
• Follow food safety and hygiene rules, especially for HALAL food.

Payment Handling:

• Handle customer payments using cash, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and issue receipts and change.
