Waiter / Floor Attendant (Male / Local Malaysian Only)

Damascus Restaurant is looking for a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team! Your goal in this position is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and provide an outstanding customer service experience.

Here are the roles and responsibilities:

• To greet and direct customers to their tables.
• To complete all cleaning and preparation of cutlery at tables.
• To present menu and provide detailed information when asked.
• To inform customers about the day's specials/promotions and offer menu recommendations and upsell accordingly.
• To take accurate food and drinks orders.
• To communicate with our kitchen team to make sure orders are accurate and served promptly.
• To up-sell to customers when appropriate.
• To serve food and drink orders.
• To be able to multi-task various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bills.
