Able to speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to speak Mandarin / Cantonese will be an added advantage
- Possess at least SPM or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Friendly & pleasant personality, possess good interpersonal skill & communication skills
- Strong disciplines, honesty, commitments and self-initiative
- Must be willing to work on shift ( Morning / noon / night ) including working on weekends and public holidays
- To greets, attend incoming calls, assist guests with smile & professional manner
- Responsible for daily operation including cash-handling responsibilities, check in and check out, good working knowledge of current and upcoming events
- Uphold strong customer service standards
- Any other related task given by Manager
