Event Executive

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Event Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events locally and internationally. The ideal candidate has an artistic eye, strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Design, Arts, Marketing, or related field
• Design background is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Young, energetic, and proactive mindset
• Willing to travel overseas frequently
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing events, exhibitions, and brand activations
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, designers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Support in creative development, including design direction, mood boards, and visual concepts
• Manage timelines, schedules, and on-site operations during event setup and dismantling
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met
• Handle logistics, materials sourcing, and administrative tasks related to events
• Provide on-site support and problem-solving during events
