- Guest Service: Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to tables, and provide menus
- Reservation Management: Handle phone bookings, walk-ins, and manage the reservation system
- Seating Flow: Coordinate with servers to balance guest load and minimize wait times
- Communication: Answer phone inquiries regarding hours, location, and menu items
- Front-of-House Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
- Support Duties: Assist servers with basic tasks when necessary
- Complaint Resolution: Handle initial guest concerns professionally
