Management Trainee

Age:Under 30 years old, females preferred (this phrase will not appear on the recruitment platform); Experience: Have experience in food service or customer reception, those with experience in Chinese cuisine are preferred; Personnel Type: Malaysian Chinese and Malay (local personnel); Appearance: Height no less than 160cm, good image and temperament; Language: Proficient in English/Malay communication, those who can speak Chinese are preferred; Others: Outgoing, lively, good at communication, strong service awareness, and able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

Salary: 4000 - 4700 RM

Job Responsibilities:

• Rotational Learning: Gain practical experience in basic positions such as front-of-house (service, cashier, hostess) and back-of-house (preparation, production), and familiarize yourself with standard operating procedures.
• Operational Assistance: Under the guidance of the management team, gradually participate in daily management tasks such as shift scheduling, ordering, inventory checks, and team coordination.
• Customer and Team: Learn to handle customer feedback and assist in training or mentoring new employees.
