Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts
- Ensure team conduct task effectiveness & efficiency
- Ensure timely & accurate reporting
- Ensure up to date filing of account record
- Ensure all the transaction being well recorded & pay off accordingly
- Ensure all payment make accordingly & adhere deadline
- Reconcile & checking the collection and payment up to date
- Ensure the team have update the available cash flow, for each site timely
- Problem solving by liaise with internal auditor/external auditor/developer’s staff
- Ensure Monthly Management Account is up to date
- Ensure all the vendor’s payment well pay off
- Present account during AGM/EGM
- Attend monthly meeting
- Ad-hoc assignments as and when required
- 5 workdays: Mon - Fri (10.30am - 6.30pm)
- Near to LRT & MRT Chan Sow Lin, walking distance 5 minutes
- Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labor Law
