- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Willingness to work full-time and be based onsite in Bayan Lepas.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the Bayan Lepas region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success in achieving sales goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Utilize Mandarin language proficiency to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, building rapport and fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales effectiveness.
