Quality Assurance Executive
Macro Plastic Sdn Bhd Kajang Full-time
Degree: Bachelor's in Science, Food Technology, Quality, or related fields.
- Experience:1-5+ years in Quality Assurance/Control, depending on the seniority, often in regulated sectors.
- Quality Systems: Familiarity with GMP, ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001), HACCP, Halal, and regulatory requirements.
- Technical Skills: Laboratory testing, documentation, Quality Management Systems (QMS), root cause analysis (Fishbone, 5 Whys).
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office, potentially ERP systems
- Responsible on ISO documentation.
- Review and approve all document change requests, ensuring compliance with established procedures
- Assist QA manager to manage internal audit for ISO, GMP & HACCP management systems.
- Support internal and external audits, providing requested documentation and records.
- Train Quality Control Inspectors to be more effective and efficient in their daily quality inspection activities.
- Give collaboration with operation team in rectifying issues relating to product quality.
- Support on customer complaint investigation and responsible for update and follow-up on the Non-conformance corrective action for its effective closures.
- Manage DMR, RMA process and analysis of customer goods return.
- Carry out the task/project assigned by QA Manager and Management from time to time
