- Market Research: Analyzing consumer behavior, competitor products, and industry trends.
- Campaign Management: Planning and running promotional activities (digital, print, or social media campaigns) to build brand awareness.
- Content & Materials: Assisting with content creation, sales pitches, and promotional assets.
- Lead Conversion: Nurturing marketing leads and guiding prospects through the sales funnel to close deals.
- Client Engagement: Engaging with customers via phone calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings to understand their needs and explain products or services.
- Quotation & Negotiation: Preparing price quotations, proposals, and negotiating terms to secure sales.
- Account Servicing: Maintaining long-term relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and handling post-sales support.
- Data Tracking: Monitoring sales data, tracking lead progression, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Sales Forecasting: Compiling sales and marketing reports to help management forecast revenue and plan future budgets.
