- Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with warehousing operations and inventory management principles.
- Experience in materials handling, including the safe operation of equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred but not required).
- Ability to perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Willingness to work onsite in Puchong and adhere to all company safety protocols.
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Assist in the receiving, storing and dispatching of goods within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels, promptly reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Operate materials handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all items are stored in their designated locations.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labelling items according to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
