Senior HR Generalist (People & Culture)

We are seeking a proactive Senior HR Generalist (People & Culture) to oversee daily HR functions while promoting employee engagement, conducting performance assessments, and advancing training programs. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys managing HR operations while fostering a vibrant workplace atmosphere.

Primary Duties

• Facilitate recruitment processes, onboarding procedures, payroll management, benefits administration, and adherence to HR policies
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment regulations

• Address employee inquiries and assist with employee relations matters
• Aide in organizing and implementing employee engagement initiatives

• Support the establishment of KPIs and the performance evaluation process
• Organize training sessions and development programs

• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records and documentation
• Assist in monitoring HR metrics and compiling management reports
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, ideally in a generalist capacity
• Understanding of Malaysian labor regulations and HR best practices
• Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, training coordination, and performance management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Capability to independently manage multiple tasks
• Experience with engagement or retention programs
