As we continue our rapid expansion, we are on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as IT Executive, supporting our internal operations by ensuring smooth day-to-day technical functionality and maintaining our IT infrastructure.

Position

IT Executive (Based in Sungai Petani)

• Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
• Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, printers, and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCs, network connectivity, email access, and internal applications.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, antivirus checks, and backups.
• Manage IT documentation, asset inventory, and internal helpdesk records.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, procurements, or system upgrades.
• Support IT-related projects, system rollouts, and new user onboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and data protection standards.

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or equivalent fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and computer hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn and grow.
