- Preventative Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections and servicing machinery to prevent failures.
- Repairs & Troubleshooting: Fixing plumbing leaks, electrical shortages, malfunctioning machinery, and structural damage (e.g., painting, carpentry).
- Equipment Upkeep: Maintaining tools and machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Keeping logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized maintenance equipment.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues.
- Physical Ability: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Interpersonal skills to work with team members and report issues.
