Maintenance Engineer

Assist in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on automated material handling systems (AMHS) and related semiconductor manufacturing equipment under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose basic mechanical, electrical, and software issues with AMHS components and control systems, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory records for spare parts and consumables.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement in equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout and proper handling of tools and equipment.
- Assist senior engineers in performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various plant equipment and machinery to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems under supervision, identifying root causes of malfunctions.
- Support the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules and programs, including lubrication, cleaning, and calibration of equipment according to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and time spent, utilizing company's maintenance management system.
- Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring all safety protocols and specifications are met.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental guidelines during all maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with production teams to understand equipment needs and provide timely support to resolve operational issues.
- Assist in inventory management of spare parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for critical components.
