Sales Executive

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a preferred

• Candidate possesses at least a Primary School or above
• Functional Skills and Knowledge
• Working experience in the bakery industry is an advantages
• You will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving strategic growth goals within your territory.
• This includes managing debtor aging and ensuring timely payments while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• A key part of your role will be developing and nurturing strong business relationships with key customers.
• You'll work to meet their needs and address any requests or queries promptly
• Aiming to provide a positive and seamless customer experience at all times.
• Manage relationships with wholesalers and direct clients
• Assist in creating a HORECA + Food Services business database
• Monitor sell in/out with wholesalers
• Understand inventory and key customers
• Manage price list, order, sample process and follow up
• Monitor and collect payments to ensure timely receipt
• Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of Food Services and/or Bakery industry/market/competitors/customers
• Demonstrate sound knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned territories/products/services and an existing network of contacts
• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
