We're Hiring: Clinical/Healthcare IT Solutions Sales Executive

Our client: A Japanese multinational company specializing in cutting-edge advancements in imaging, healthcare, and materials science. With a strong presence across over 50 countries, they deliver a diverse portfolio of products and services ranging from photographic and digital imaging systems to diagnostic medical equipment, biopharmaceutical manufacturing solutions, and high-performance materials.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of healthcare IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

1. Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Drive sales of Synapse Enterprise Imaging, CVIS, and other medical IT solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, radiologists, cardiologists, and IT decision-makers.
• Provide consultative sales by understanding client pain points and offering customized solutions.
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and product discussions for prospective customers.

1. Proposal & Tender Management:

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and responses to tenders in alignment with client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical engineers, project engineers, and application specialists, to develop compelling sales proposals.

1. Account & Customer Support:

• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolutions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional solutions or services.

1. Reporting & Performance Tracking:

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports.
• Track on and report on sales performance against KPIs and targets.
• Provide regular updates on management on sales progress and market developments.

What you need to have:

• Candidates must possess Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a sales engagement role, with direct exposure to Synapse Enterprise

• Strong understanding of healthcare informatics, DICOM, HL7, and hospital IT workflows.
• Familiarity with EMR, HIS, and medical imaging technologies.
