Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and/or recruitment.
  • Familiar with recruitment processes, labour/workforce administration, temporary/contract worker coordination, and basic HR operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Detail-oriented, good coordination skills, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Language Requirement: Mandarin is required (daily work communication).
Preferred / Nice to Have
  • Experience hiring engineering / construction manpower, especially interior fit-out / renovation technical trades, is highly preferred (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, ceiling, tiling, site workers).
  • Knowledge of Malaysia HR practices (attendance administration, payroll support, statutory contributions such as EPF/SOCSO/EIS) is an advantage.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive HR & Recruitment Executive to manage daily recruitment and support core HR operations. The role involves coordination with candidates and stakeholders across different languages and requires strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and follow-up until onboarding.
  • Handle employee lifecycle administration: onboarding, probation support, transfers, and resignation/offboarding documentation.
  • Maintain employee roster, personnel files, and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
  • Administer attendance records, identify anomalies, and support payroll preparation (attendance/leave/overtime summaries).
  • Support implementation of HR policies/processes and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

  • 办理员工入职、转正(协助)、调岗、离职等手续与文件。
  • 维护员工花名册及人事档案,确保信息准确、完整并按要求归档保密。
  • 负责考勤数据统计、异常处理,并协助薪资核算所需的考勤/加班/请假数据整理。
协助执行公司人事制度及上级交办的其他工作
