5 years++ HR experience (manufacturing/production environment preferred)
- Knows Malaysian HR, labor law & statutory regulations thoroughly
- Strong in end-to-end HR: hiring, payroll, admin, compliance
- Good at multitasking & self-managing
- BM & English & Mandarin
- Familiar with MS Office & HR software
- Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Admin/related field
- Perancangan tenaga kerja & pengambilan pekerja (iklan, temu duga, orientasi)
- Mengeluarkan surat tawaran, surat pengesahan & dokumen HR berkaitan
- Menguruskan gaji & caruman berkanun (KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, PCB)
- Menyelia cuti, kehadiran, dan rekod kakitangan
- Mengendalikan penilaian prestasi & proses kenaikan gaji/pengesahan jawatan
- Menguruskan pelan latihan & tuntutan HRDF
- Berhubung dengan badan berkanun (KDN, JKKP, imigresen) untuk pematuhan
- Memperbaharui permit untuk pekerja asing, insurans & aset syarikat
- Memacu kebajikan pekerja & acara syarikat
- Menyokong dokumentasi & pematuhan ISO 9001:2015 HR
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS
- Medical insurance
