Proficiency in reading and writing Mandarin
- Minimum Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Proven experience in management, accounting, or a related discipline
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software and MS Office applications
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Willingness to comply with all local, state, federal, and company regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret large data sets
- Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to evolving business needs

- Plan, implement, and oversee the company’s financial strategy
- Manage financial accounts, budgets, cash receipts, and overall financial assets
- Handle company transactions, debts, and perform cash flow forecasting
- Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Maintain proper accounting procedures to achieve financial objectives
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare accurate financial reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties (vendors, lenders, auditors)
- Provide recommendations to business stakeholders based on financial insights
- Maintain complete and accurate financial records, participating in audits and reconciliations as required
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic planning and decision-making with financial impact
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and financial reporting systems
- Support risk management initiatives and safeguard company assets
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial planning and investment decisions
