Manage and organize all Agro Section documents (plantation reports, SOPs, GIS maps, contracts, BOQ) with proper filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Control document versions, tracking, and standardization to ensure accuracy across Agro operations.
  • Handle project and operational documents, including contractor submissions for plantation development and maintenance works.
  • Verify and maintain documentation for contractor claims and payment processes in coordination with GIS and site teams.
  • Coordinate document flow between Agro Section, GIS, Finance, and Management, and prepare status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, plantation standards, and support audit requirements.
  • Maintain document control systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy, proper updates, and secure backups.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in document control or administrative roles (preferably in plantation/project environment)
  • Strong organizational and filing skills
  • Good knowledge of document control procedures and systems (DMS, Excel, databases)
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy in handling documents
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple documents and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of project documentation (contracts, reports, drawings, BOQ)
