Business development manager (industrial packaging) - Batu Pahat

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager for a established MNC that specializes in industrial packaging manufacturing services.

• Lead sales growth across the region by identifying and developing new business opportunities, industry sectors, and key projects aligned with company goals.
• Understand customer needs and align solutions with global strategy.
• Collaborate with the global sales network to build and implement strategic growth plans.
• Use strategic thinking and analytical insight to tackle business challenges and develop action plans for targeting new accounts and markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
• Provide hands-on leadership, balancing efforts to acquire new business with preserving core customer accounts.
• Independently shape and execute business strategies.
• Oversee the implementation of key systems, including ERP, CRM, and sustainability initiatives within the business development unit.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

• Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
• Availability for regular business travel within Johor and ocassionally to Singapore.
• Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably inindustrial packaging industry.
• Excellent planning & organizational skills.
