1. Assist Sales Specialist in client meetings and business appointments
2. Prepare meeting notes and follow-up reports
3. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
4. Identify potential leads and new business opportunities
5. Coordinate with internal departments to support sales activities

1. Handle daily administrative and documentation tasks
2. Manage sales team scheduling and coordination
3. Process purchase orders, issue invoices & delivery orders
4. Arrange courier services and verify courier charges
5. Communicate with customers regarding order collection
6. Support production documentation and job sheet finalization

• Internship Program 3

1. Assist in recruitment and employer branding activities
2. Create and manage social media content
3. Support payroll data collection and reporting
4. Assist in organizing company events
5. Handle HR administrative tasks and documentation

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• Able to speak and write in Chinese, English, and Malay.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn, proactive, and adaptable.
• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.
