Presenting Products and Services:

• Promoting value & types of products or services to potential customers and answering their questions.

Generating Leads and Prospecting:

• Identifying potential customers and reaching out to them through various channels, such as online & offline sales.

Building Customer Relationships:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Tracking Sales Performance:

• Monitoring sales activity, reporting on results, and identifying areas for improvement to achieve sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Negotiating Contracts and Closing Deals:

• Working with customers to agree on terms, pricing and contracts.

Staying updated on Product Knowledge:

• Keeping abreast of new products, services, and industry trends
