Duties & Responsibilities
  • To handle basic accounts and accounting records to ensure all accounts transactions are updated timely and accurately.
  • Handle daily accounting transaction including data entry and invoicing
  • Issue quotation, invoice, official receipt, delivery order, credit note and statement of account
  • Update payment collection
  • Process all claim submission
  • Perform data-entry, documentation, printing & filing duties.
  • Oversee office administration.
  • Contact customers by email and answer incoming call
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Arrange delivery of order to customer.
  • Undertakes any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates / Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess 1-2 Years of working experience are welcome to apply.
  • Able to speak, listen and write Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and Autocount is advantage.
  • Able to work independently and team work.
  • Interpersonal Skill & Good communication skill.
