Sales Specialist

- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English/ Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, both orally and in writing.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess own car as transportation to perform sales job.

- - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and proposing solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments to ensure a collaborative approach to sales.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback and own initiative.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, including follow-up and closing rates.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new business development.
