Possess a Diploma in any field with a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the aluminium or related industries.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, enabling effective interaction with a diverse clientele.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge of aluminium plates, sheets, flat bars, round bars, and cast blocks, with the ability to articulate technical specifications and applications to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, regular follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the aluminium product market, focusing on aluminium plates, sheets, flat bars, round bars, and cast blocks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the value proposition of Preferred Alloys' products and services.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking progress against goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for business development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment.
