- Prepare expenses forecast in timely and accurate manner for submission to management; including movement analysis and commentaries.
- Prepare Operating Expenses details ; study / understand those 'abnormal' transaction (if any) as well as provide m-o-m comparison analysis to highlight risks and opportunities.
- Provide commentaries for monthly expense reporting and prepare monthly accruals for respective departments.
- Prepare Annual Budget within stipulated timeline and acceptable quality.
- Attend to ad-hoc queries from internal and external parties.
