- Conduct professional site tours and presentations to showcase the project's strategic value to potential clients.
- Minimum 3 years in real estate sales, with a proven track record in high-value commercial or industrial properties .
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage high-level corporate expectations.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to be located at Penang.
