IT Business System Analyst

• Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and tools like Git, Jenkins, and JIRA.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java is highly desirable.
• Experience with enterprise software systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle ERP) and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Exposure to automated testing tools like Selenium and load testing tools such as JMeter is a plus.

• Communication: Act as the primary liaison between IT teams and business units, translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
